Ballot Measure Group is led by Brad Ketcher.  Ketcher has spent his career working at the intersection of law, politics and public policy.  He has served as a gubernatorial Chief of Staff, a legislative strategist, a state budget drafter, a political columnist and a special prosecutor.  He has worked as an attorney, manager or consultant to dozens of ballot measure efforts and campaigns.
